Benefits of Using Multivitamins for COVID/Wholesome Wellness

Various studies have shown that consuming multivitamins containing biotin, beta carotene, choline bitartrate, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D, alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), zinc, phosphorus, may help to enhance the overall immune responseactivity and supports the mucous membrane integrity among individuals and benefit them by lowering the risk of developing COVID. Additionally, the antioxidant properties of most of these multivitamins prevent the oxygen radical scavenging activity and prevent cell damage, which causes damage to different organs in different diseases.
